A Message to All On Earth

In the name of God the most Merciful and the most Compassionate.

You are reading this message as part of a call by the last Messenger of God (Peace be upon him), 1400 years ago:

“Convey at least one Aayath(Verse) from Qur’an, The Final Revelation”

We are too busy all of us! Too busy that we never get time to think of the reason behind our existence. Some of us discuss everything under the sun but forget or ignore the basic issues related with human life.

We seldom think why we are here in this world? At times we forget that the next moment is not guaranteed! The reality of death!
You may say: ‘In today’s intensively materialistic life style why remind me of death? After all life is for enjoying till death! Life is for life itself!!’

Let me draw your kind attention to have a sheer parallel thinking: -

If man is a noble creature, noble should be the mission behind the creation. For every action there always lies an aim. And the aim always is beyond the action itself. For example to pass the examination is the aim of a student in school. Similarly the aim of a farmer who farms is to harvest. So the aim of life should not be life itself – it has to be something beyond life.

So what after death? (The whole world is there to talk about life, so I hope you excuse me that I start direct with death)

God (Allah in Arabic language), the creator, says in Qur’an “ How can you reject the faith in Allah? Seeing that ye were without life and He gave you life; then will He cause you to die and will again to Him will ye return” (Chapter -2: Verse -28) – YES, MAN WILL RETURN TO HIS CREATOR!

Throughout history clear direction were revealed to mankind from the creator, explaining the mission of life, to all regions and societies. Allah says in Qur’an: “Never did We destroy a population, but had its Warner” (Chapter -26 : Verse -208).

All these messengers were proclaiming the same eternal truth: The Oneness of God and the fact that the whole worship should be to Him only. The different tribes and creeds in mankind are united in this single thread.

See what Allah say about human diversity. “ O Mankind! We created you from a single (pair) of a male and female, and made you in to nations and tribes, that ye may know each other (NOT THAT YE MAY DESPISE EACH OTHER). Verily the most honored of you in the sight of Allah is (he who is) the most righteous of you (Chapter -49: Verse -13)

See how God is introducing Himself in Qur’an:

“He is Allah, the one and only; Allah, the Eternal, Absolute; He begettes not, nor is He begotten. And there is none like unto Him” (Chapter -112 : Verses – 1 to 4)

“ Allah! There is no god but He, the Living, the Self-subsisting, Eternal. No slumber can seize Him nor sleep. His are all things in the heavens and on earth. Who is there can intercede in His presence except as He permittes? He knows what (appears to His creatures as) before or after or behind them. Nor shall they compass aught of His knowledge except as He wills. His Throne does extend over the heavens and the earth, and He feels no fatigue in guarding and preserving them for He is the most High, the supreme (in glory)
(Chapter -2 : Verse -255)

Everything in this universe follows the law of this glorious creator!!!

Allah Says “ Do they seek for other than the religion of Allah? While all creatures in the heavens and on earth have, willing or unwilling, bowed to its will, and to Him shall they all be brought back” (Chapter -3 : Verse -83)

Man is not a separate entity from universe; rather he is a very special creation in the universe.

Allah Says in Qur’an: “We have honored the sons of Adam (Mankind); provided them with transport on land and sea; given them for sustenance things good and pure; and conferred on them special favors, above a great part of our creation” (Chapter -17: Verse -70)

So when man is the honored creation of God, he has a greater responsibility. His nobility should make him know the Creator in the right spirit. Allah did not leave mankind without guidance in this regard, rather as we saw earlier He send messengers throughout history with the right guidance and code of conduct (catalogues) for this noble creation.

Through these catalogues (revelations) he guided mankind to the way of salvation. Allah Says: Have we not made him a tongue and a pair of lips? And show him the two clear (high) ways?” (Chapter -90: Verses – 9 &10). Yes one way leads him to success! and the other of course to curse!!

......And the choice is left to us the individuals.

Allah has decreed that the one who select the true path will get salvation in the eternal life after death. And as a consequence of their own selection of the wrong path the other group shall be given the right punishment.

Allah Says “Then shall anyone who has done an atom’s weight of good, see it. And any one who has done an atom’s weight of evil, shall see it” (Chapter -99 : Verses –7 & 8). YES! NO INJUSTICE, THE JUDGMENT WILL BE SO ACCURATE.

Allah Says “ It is He who created the heavens and the earth -------- that He might try you, which of you is best in conduct”. (Chapter -11 : Verse -7)

Yes this life is a trial of who is best. When Allah says He will fulfill the reward on the Day of Judgment it is only justice to punish the wrong doers while the righteous are rewarded.

Now think of a situation of dying without acknowledging or in certain cases rejecting this eternal truth, while we are running behind the mirage of the busy life in this world!

Allah says in Qur’an “All souls shall have the taste of death and only on the Day of Judgment shall you be paid in full recompense. Only he who is saved from the fire and admitted to the paradise will have attained the object (of life); for the life of this world is but goods and chattels of deception” (Chapter -3 : Verse -185)

Yes gentleman, when the real eternal life is the life after death what made us forget it? What a real loss it will be if we are lost in the eternal life! The real success in life is in gaining the success in the eternal life.

At the same time don’t misunderstand that Islam, the way of life prescribed by the designer & Creator of us, is asking us to hide away from this world. For Islam spirituality is not something alien to the plain life experiences. Islam bring down spirituality from shrines and saints to the daily routine of human beings, to their busy life. It guides you through your life to salvation.

It is a complete way of life; nothing is left out of its way. Qur’an , the final (Concluding) revelation from God together with the traditions of Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) shows the right path for all activities of mankind in this world. This is the one only true way of life, which leads to ultimate success in the life after death.

So let me invite you in plain, bold and simple terms to this straight path (ISLAM). It only glorifies you, for you are in the path of the Glorious God here. Being in ISLAM You are only reverting to the pure state.

The other day I was discussing with a western educated, respected figure from my circle. Our discussion were general and it turned to wiki pedia and its sudden growth as a great pool of information! We searched few highly technical terms and found satisfying writeup on each term in wiki.
While we continued I asked him, have you heard about "Khan Academy"? He said no. I told him to search in the google. He did and said, "There is no result for this search". I was surprised and I stood up and looked at his screen. He had typed "Cannes Academy"!
I told him, you are still in the western era. World has moved and the east has risen high up! It is "Khan Academy", not "Cannes Academy". (Many eastern terms are commonly used these days across the world) 

That was just a starter to introduce a totally different academic mission by a dynamic youth who made a difference. Have you heard about Khan Academy? If not, you must know this smart world of education!

Eating fruits : Important to know how and when to eat.

We all think eating fruits means just buying fruits, cutting it and just popping it into our mouths. It's not as easy as you think. It's important to know how and when to eat.

What is the correct way of eating fruits?

IT MEANS NOT EATING FRUITS AFTER YOUR MEALS! FRUITS SHOULD BE EATEN ON AN EMPTY STOMACH.

If you eat fruit like that, it will play a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for
weight loss and other life activities

FRUIT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD.
Let's say you eat two slices of bread and then a slice of fruit. The slice of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it is prevented from doing so.
In the meantime the whole meal rots and ferments and turns to acid. The minute the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil....
So please eat your fruits on an empty stomach or before your meals! You have heard people complaining — every time I eat watermelon I burp, when I eat durian my stomach bloats up, when I eat a banana I feel like running to the toilet, etc — actually all this will not arise if you eat the fruit on an empty stomach. The fruit mixes with the putrefying other food and produces gas and hence you will bloat!

Graying hair, balding, nervous outburst, and dark circles under the eyes all these will NOT happen if you take fruits on an empty stomach.

There is no such thing as some fruits, like orange and lemon are acidic, because all fruits become alkaline in our body, according to Dr. Herbert Shelton who did research on this matter. If you have mastered the correct way of eating fruits, you have the Secret of beauty, longevity, health, energy, happiness and normal weight.

When you need to drink fruit juice - drink only fresh fruit juice, NOT from the cans. Don't even drink juice that has been heated up. Don't eat cooked fruits because you don't get the nutrients at all. You only get to taste. Cooking destroys all the vitamins.

But eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice. If you should drink the juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly, because you must let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it. You can go on a 3-day fruit fast to cleanse your body. Just eat fruits and drink fruit juice throughout the 3 days and you will be surprised when your friends tell you how radiant you look!

KIWI
Tiny but mighty. This is a good source of potassium, magnesium, vitamin E & fiber. Its vitamin C content is twice that of an orange.
APPLE:

Drinking Cold water after a meal = Cancer!
Can u believe this?? For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

A serious note about heart attacks

Women should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting. Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line. You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack. Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms.. Sixty percent of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up. Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know the better chance we could survive.

King Abdullah Economic City, has signed a loan agreement worth $1.3bn (SAR 5bn)

Emaar Economic City, the master planner for King Abdullah Economic City, has signed a loan agreement worth $1.3bn (SAR 5bn) with the Saudi Ministry of Finance for the construction of the second phase of the 1,680-hectare mega-project.
The investment consortium’s commercial loan is for ten years with a three-year grace period before repayment, it said, in a statement to investors. The loan will be collateralized by a land area totaling 240-by-7.2 hectares on the project
The KAEC is a $13.33bn (SAR 50bn) development in Rabigh that will provide housing, business locations and industry. It will eventually include a sea port, an educational zone, a central business district with commercial space, retail outlets, resorts and a residential zone.

Construction began in 2006, and the phase one of construction was completed last year. Around 500,000 jobs have been estimated to be created in the construction, which has been scheduled for completion in 2020. The total project has a population target capacity of 2 million.Saudi Oger is among the contractors building the residential zone. It will build four towers that contain 500 apartments each.
The agreement was signed by Ibrahim Al-Asaf, minister of finance and Fahd Al-Rasheed, Emaar EC’s managing director.
Yesterday it was revealed that the investment consortium signed a 30-year lease agreement with Al Rajhi Company for Heavy Industries for the company to develop a steel manufacturing complex in the Industrial Valley area. The total lease space is 400 hectares.
Emaar Economic City shares closed down 1.33% to SAR 7.4 in Riyadh. (26th May 2011)

UAE construction company Al Jaber Group will open a new office in Saudi Arabia

UAE construction company Al Jaber Group will open a new office in Saudi Arabia, following the succesful launch of a branch in Australia, as the company expands its global operations.
Chief operating officer Fatima Obaid Al Jaber said, "These two countries have a booming construction industry. These are the new markets we are looking at. We are looking at starting legal registration in Saudi Arabia. There are also some major mining projects in Australia."
The company is also bidding for local projects. Al Jaber said they will bid for the Abu Dhabi International Airport expansion project, and the Etihad Rail project.
"A sulphur-handling project in Ruwais has been awarded to us recently," she added
Al Jaber highlighted the company's desire to move to the Gulf's most populous nation in an interview carried by CW last November.
“We are actually working in Qatar and we’re looking at the Saudi Arabian market, but I think we are being quite conservative about this. There are some plans in the pipeline for Saudi. But we’re staying within the GCC,” she toldConstructionWeek.
She also said moving into new markets was not possible without good finanical support and cashflow from banks.
“Financing in this market is tough. It’s not easy,” she explained. “I think the banks are a bit reluctant to support companies. I think they’re trying their best but there are a lot of regulations in place that stop them from doing so. We are trying to work around all of these things, and we have good support from the existing banks that we are working with, but you know, if you want to expand, you need more support.”
Al Jaber said "that by Q1 of next year, we will see more Al Jaber Group projects across the region."
Other construction related firms to open in Riyad include Ramboll Middle East and Jotun Saudi.

Four Popular Myths About Leadership

1. Everyone can be a leader.
Not true. Many executives don't have the self-knowledge or the authenticity necessary for leadership. And self-knowledge and authenticity are only part of the equation. Individuals must also want to be leaders, and many talented employees are not interested in shouldering that responsibility. Others prefer to devote more time to their private lives than to their work. After all, there is more to life than work, and more to work than being the boss.

2. Leaders deliver business results.
Not always. If results were always a matter of good leadership, picking leaders would be easy. In every case, the best strategy would be to go after people in companies with the best results. But clearly, things are not that simple. Businesses in quasi-monopolistic industries can often do very well with competent management rather than great leadership. Equally, some well-led businesses do not necessarily produce results, particularly in the short term.

3. People who get to the top are leaders.
Not necessarily. One of the most persistent misperceptions is that people in leadership positions are leaders. But people who make it to the top may have done so because of political acumen, not necessarily because of true leadership quality. What's more, real leaders are found all over the organization, from the executive suite to the shop floor. By definition, leaders are simply people who have followers, and rank doesn't have much to do with that. Effective military organizations like the U.S. Navy have long realized the importance of developing leaders throughout the organization.

4. Leaders are great coaches.
Rarely. A whole cottage industry has grown up around the teaching that good leaders ought to be good coaches. But that thinking assumes that a single person can both inspire the troops and impart technical skills. Of course, it's possible that great leaders may also be great coaches, but we see that only occasionally. More typical are leaders like Steve Jobs whose distinctive strengths lie in their ability to excite others through their vision rather than through their coaching talents.

Yusuf (Joseph), the most honourable among the mankind

Once prophet Mohammed (SA) was asked. Who is the most honourable among man?
He replied: In the eyes of allah, the most honourable is the one who has Taqwa.

They said: This is known to us. What we mean is in a broder sense.

Then Prophet Mohammed (SA) said: Yusuf (AS) is the most honourable among mankind. He was handsome, perfect in everything and was the son of a prophet, who in turn was the son of prophet, who in turn was the son of a prophet. And he was in power both in spiritual and material terms.

As we all know Yusuf (AS) was a prophet and at the same time a minister in Egypt who handled the treasury!

There is a great lesson in this example from Prophet Mohammed (SA). The greatness is not coming from leading a spiritual life in seclusion. It is associated with those in control of the affairs and who successfully manages them with justice and due respect of evrything that matters.

Prophet Mohammed himself was a wholistic man. He was a Prophet, a ruler, a businessman, a father, a reformer,..............a real leader.

"My choice of Muhammad to lead the list of the world's most influential persons may surprise some readers and may be questioned by others, but he was the only man in history who was supremely successful on both the religious and secular levels. Of humble origins, Muhammad founded and promulgated one of the world's great religions, and became an immensely effective political leader. Yes. For those prophets and leaders religion was not a barrier, but a means to greatness.
